MSS 0689 Myrna Bair papers - Myrna L. Bair represented Delaware's 5th district in the State Senate from 1980-2000, which overlapped with the project to erect a state memorial at the Gettysburg National Cemetery. She is a past president and longtime member of the Lincoln Club of Delaware.
