Astronauts from the STS-131/19A Experiment Express mission met with Senator Kaufman on May 26, 2010, to thank him for supporting NASA. The STS-131 mission was the 131st flight of Space Shuttle Discovery to the International Space Station. Discovery launched on April 5, 2010, at 6:21 am from the Kennedy Space Center and landed at 9:08 am on April 20, 2010. The purpose of the mission was to deliver components for the multi-purpose logistics module, Leonardo.
